1. Low voltage chamber
Low voltage rooms generally have low-voltage input cabinets, low-voltage output cables, and low-voltage compensation cabinets. The distribution equipment inside the cabinet consists of low-voltage switches, current transformers, ammeters, voltmeters, etc.
2. High voltage chamber.
The high-voltage room of a box type substation generally includes a high-voltage input cabinet, a high-voltage output cabinet, a high-voltage measurement cabinet, and its switchgear includes high-voltage load switches, high-voltage fuses, lightning rods, etc. D It can perform shutdown and transmission operations, and has overload and short circuit protection. There are five protective measures for high-voltage switchgear to prevent improper tension, equipment circuit breakers, load with tension, knife latch, grounding suspension, grounding line disconnection, and personnel entering charging intervals incorrectly. There is a reliable circuit between the load switch and the fuse.
3. Transformer room
The transformer room generally uses dry or oil powered transformers, which have good cooling performance and strong overload strength.
In addition, the box shape change also has the function of detecting, displaying, and measuring electrical energy, and can achieve corresponding protection functions. It also has a special grounding guide rail. In addition, to adapt to the outdoor working environment, the box type substation adopts insulation material diaphragms, with cooling inlet and outlet between the bottom of the shell and the chamber, and adopts natural air cooling and automatic control forced air cooling. D Ensure proper cooling of electrical equipment.
